Course Description
This is a 4 session course spread over 4 weeks taught by Gina in the lovely Coffee Lounge in Woolwich. Both the mother and birth partner should attend where possible. The fee includes The Hypnobirthing book, lovely relaxation recordings, a course manual and ongoing support from an experienced instructor. Please bring a pen and paper to take some notes – (not compulsory).
