I’ve have been qualified as a Reflexologist since 2006 and now cover maternity reflexology. The aim is to help women through this emotional and transitional time by helping you to relax, reduce stress and helping to lessen the symptoms and problems related with conception, pregnancy and beyond.
I was inspired to become a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI) after taking my own son Dominic at the age of two months to a baby massage class. He was suffering terribly with colic and through the use of massage it really helped me and my husband to manage the despairing and upsetting episodes. There is light at the end of the tunnel! I really felt my relationship with my son had strengthened through learning to read his cues too and definitely increased my confidence as a first-time mum. Dominic is a toddler now and I am using the adaptations for the growing child. I even managed to do the whole routine whilst he’s been in the bath!!
I have such passion about what difference loving nurturing touch can make in the short and long term. The lack of touch in society and the terrible consequences that can have I wanted to spread the word and so Babistic was born.
I’m a member of the International Association of Infant Massage and Association of Reflexologists, continue to update my skills regularly and abide by the strict regulations and code of ethics that my professional association requires of you. I’m proud to become a member of the Calm Baby Massage collective. The collective is committed to bringing South East London the highest standard of services for baby massage, hypnobirthing, reflexology, maternity reflexology for bump birth and beyond.
